About Chico's BBQ
Jesse (Chico) smokes the meats and we make our food fresh. Jesse has been in the concession business for 20+ years, working in venues across the country, CA, AZ, OR, WA, CO, TX, IN, IL, NASCAR in Sonoma and Phoenix. He also did the Indy 500. We moved here in 2019 to be closer to family. He’s an Idaho native who grew up in Paul, ID. He loves making people happy through his food.
